Keto Gluten Free Buttermilk Cornbread

DRY INGREDIENTS 1c Cornmeal 1c GF All Purpose flour 1 tsp sea salt 2 tbsp Pysillium Husk ½ tsp Xanthan Gum 3 tsp Baking Powder WET INGREDIENTS 1c Buttermilk or skim milk 1/4c water – if use buttermilk 1 large egg 1 tbsp Agave/Erythritol/sugar substitute 1/4c melted butter melt the butter in the pan in which the bread will be baked (swirling the butter in the pan before adding will grease the pan




Mix all ingredients together until obtain a homogenous mixture. Pour batter into an 8 inch round cake layer pan or square baker. Let batter sit for 5 minutes. Bake 375o for 35 min or until a toothpick/wooden skewer comes out clean from the center of the bread and the top is golden
